POLICY and CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation by Covid-19: free cancellation with 100% refund if there is confinement, borders are closed or flights canceled.
- 100 %: Cancellations before 60 days of entry.
- 50 %: Not including service fee, cancellations 30 days prior to entry.
- No refund: Cancellations less than 30 days before the date of entry.
DAMAGES AND INCIDENTS
A deposit of € 500 will be applied to you, which will be fully refundable 15 days after entry as long as the house and belongings are in the same condition as on the day of entry and the rules established by the property have been met .
We have electricity meters, in case of increasing consumption more than the standard per day and guest, the proportional part exceeded will be charged. We recommend using the air conditioning or heating only the essential and without extreme temperatures. Always with closed windows and when there are people in the house.
PROPERTY RULES
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Pets are not allowed
- It is not allowed to celebrate events or have music outside.
- Please respect the rest of the neighbors.
- Smokers are not allowed inside the house.
- Max guests: 8
- It is forbidden to have the air conditioning when the house is empty or not in use.
- For your safety, we advise you not to jump head first into the pool.
- Do not run near the pool barefoot when the pavement is wet.
- Do not leave burning candles unsupervised.
Failure to comply with these rules could lead to a penalty on the bond.
CLEANING PRACTICES
- Check-in and check-out without personal contact
- Cleaning with a disinfectant product, anti-Covid hygiene measures.
- Maintenance of the garden and the pool several times a week, it could coincide with your stay.
- The barbecue is delivered clean and must be left in the same condition after use.
