When I think of Menorca I think of happy days with my family, of quality moments with my loved ones.
BiniVento is the ideal house to enjoy the island. Very well located, with a good distribution and with all the essence of a typical island house.


The greatest pleasure is to bathe in the sea a few minutes before having breakfast, the bathing platform with stairs is just a few steps away and I take advantage of that moment of peace before the children wake up.

Then prepare a rich breakfast in that kitchen made of wooden planks, trapped by the huge white beams of the ceiling.

Simple furniture, a cotton sofa, the iconic CH25 fiber armchairs designed by Carl Hansen, that Mediterranean decoration, so ours.

A large garden in which to play and enjoy the pool in privacy, the natural grass at our feet.
Those afternoons playing ping pong with the kids while the embers of the barbecue are heating up ….

This is our definition of the perfect vacation.

The house was completely renovated for the season 2023, new kitchen with new appliances (in the photos is still the old kitchen) and expansion of a double bedroom.

POLICY and CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation by Covid-19: free cancellation with 100% refund if there is confinement, borders are closed or flights canceled.
  • 100 %: Cancellations before 60 days of entry.
  • 50 %: Not including service fee, cancellations 30 days prior to entry.
  • No refund: Cancellations less than 30 days before the date of entry.

DAMAGES AND INCIDENTS

A deposit of € 500 will be applied to you, which will be fully refundable 15 days after entry as long as the house and belongings are in the same condition as on the day of entry and the rules established by the property have been met .
We have electricity meters, in case of increasing consumption more than the standard per day and guest, the proportional part exceeded will be charged. We recommend using the air conditioning or heating only the essential and without extreme temperatures. Always with closed windows and when there are people in the house.

PROPERTY RULES

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Pets are not allowed
  • It is not allowed to celebrate events or have music outside.
  • Please respect the rest of the neighbors.
  • Smokers are not allowed inside the house.
  • Max guests: 8
  • It is forbidden to have the air conditioning when the house is empty or not in use.
  • For your safety, we advise you not to jump head first into the pool.
  • Do not run near the pool barefoot when the pavement is wet.
  • Do not leave burning candles unsupervised.

Failure to comply with these rules could lead to a penalty on the bond.

CLEANING PRACTICES

  • Check-in and check-out without personal contact
  • Cleaning with a disinfectant product, anti-Covid hygiene measures.
  • Maintenance of the garden and the pool several times a week, it could coincide with your stay.
  • The barbecue is delivered clean and must be left in the same condition after use.

A fantastic villa!

Wonderfully decorated in an amazing and blissfully tranquil spot - a dream escape. This really is a superb place to spend time. The villa itself has everything you need - go from dawn to dusk, breakfast to barbecue, pool to lounger effortless. They really have thought of everything. Not to mention everything you need is in easy reach. Shops no more than 10 minutes' walk. A gorgeous cove with its own cave and amazing snorkelling, hidden from much of the rest of the world, 5 minutes' walk down the road. Binibecca Beach a short drive/20 mins on foot. And total peace and quiet when you retreat to the villa. It's sheer bliss.

Nice house in which we have enjoyed a lot. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach. It has beautiful views of the sea and its decoration is cute. Everything new and impeccable. Highly recommended! I will repeat for sure!

Relaxing family holiday in a wonderful location

Just returned from a wonderful 10 days at BiniFa villa, Binibequer. The villa was perfect with air con and a fantastic pool. Location also great : 5 minutes from the main centre with shops and restaurants; selection of bays for swimming; beaches close by; bus stop for trips to Mahon. Villa owner (Sara) was very helpful throughout the whole process and easy to contact. We hope to visit again !!!

Superb villa with wonderful views!

We had a wonderful holiday at Binifi. The property has just been just been completely renovated to a very impressive standard and tastefully furnished. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The roof deck has stunning views over the ocean with beautiful sunsets. The pool was kept lovely and clean and we had great fun playing table tennis in the garden. Binifi is ideally located - in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. All in all, it was a brilliant holiday and it will be hard to beat our stay in Binifi. We will definitely be back!

Very good accommodation for families or friends

Neatness in the cleanliness, kindness in the treatment, we arrived before the hour and there was no problem in using the house to leave the luggage, use the bathroom.... They even left us the keys for when we returned from the beach. The location is very good, in a quiet area, with other similar houses, and right next to the cliffs, overlooking the sea and enjoy the sunsets and the view of Mallorca in the distance. Highly recommended.
